Fees for Regular Appointments:

Fees correct as at April 2024

• Couples Counselling and Relationship Therapy: £100
• Individual Relationship Therapy: £80
• Psychosexual Therapy for Couples: £100
• Psychosexual Therapy for Individuals: £80

Appointments are 50 minutes in length and are held at the same time each week.

During all types of counselling and therapy for couples, your counsellor may ask you and your partner to attend individually for a limited number of appointments and please note that these appointments are charged at the couples counselling fee.

Fees for Ad Hoc Appointments:

• Couples Counselling and Relationship Therapy: £110
• Individual Relationship Therapy: £90
• Psychosexual Therapy for Couples: £110
• Psychosexual Therapy for Individuals: £90

Payment Methods for Fees:

We accept credit and debit cards. We ask you to pay for your first/next appointment in advance so that we can confirm your first/next appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancelling

On-going counselling appointments are planned in advance and therefore we ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. The only way to reschedule or cancel an appointment is by phoning or texting Rebecca on 07795 202 744, or by emailing her. 

If you reschedule or cancel your paid or unpaid appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice then you will be charged 50% of your fees irrespective of the reason for rescheduling or cancellation.

If you reschedule or cancel your paid or unpaid appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice then you will be charged the full appointment fees irrespective of the reason for rescheduling or cancellation. 

Concession Appointments:

We do not currently offer concession fees, however here is a link to a therapist based in South East London who has some availability for reduced fees for students or those receiving income-related benefits.
