Christine Hanaie Therapist

Christine Hanaie: I am a COSRT Accredited and Relate-trained, integrative Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist. Having worked with a vast number of couples/partnerships and individuals, I understand the importance of human connection and the need to feel heard, validated and accepted. I offer a non-judgmental and safe space to do just that.

We all have times in our lives when we struggle to feel happy and fulfilled for a whole range of reasons. My approach is to support you explore your personal challenges at your pace and in a way that fits your lifestyle. I believe in working collaboratively with you to understand yourself and overcome your difficulties.

I provide therapy to any group of people, however defined, who wish to work on their relationships with each other. You are welcome to attend on your own, as a couple, partnership, friends or family.

I work by offering a compassionate space where we may talk about your concerns and together, we can find solutions that serve you better. I will support you throughout your journey by offering you exercises, tools and psychoeducation where appropriate on a range of topics such as:

  • Communication and conflict resolution
  • Cross-cultural difficulties
  • Recurring circular issues
  • Wider Family issues
  • Recovering from an affair
  • Rebuilding trust
  • Considering separation or divorce
  • Reviving your love life if there is a lack of passion/loss of intimacy
  • Sexual difficulties https://londoncouplesclinic.co.uk/psychosexual-therapy-pst/

I offer Zoom appointments throughout the week.
